Housed in the old press and stable, the Clos des Sureaux restaurant proposes a warm welcome in an extraordinary environment. You will be seduced just as much by the atypical character of the estate as by the personality of our chef's refined cuisine. A traditional cuisine known as "bourgeois", revisited with talent and recognized as underlined by its partnerships with Cuisine en Loir et Cher and the Collège de France as well as by the regular interventions at the hotel school of Blois and in the culinary programs of France Bleue of our Chef !
Labeled Maître Restaurateur, his cuisine favors short circuits while respecting the seasons and local produce. When they do not come from our own vegetable garden and orchard, they come from local organic farms. The meat, which is our specialty, is purchased by quarter and prepared on site, after conservation in our meat cellar to allow it to mature in order to obtain the greatest tenderness. It is in front of your eyes that we cook the meat over a wood fire and prepare our dishes over the embers, on the large traditional grill that sits in the main room of the restaurant. To accompany all these dishes with dignity, our wine list proposes 20 references of natural and organic wines.
Depending on the whims of the weather, you will enjoy this gourmet cuisine in one of our two dining rooms (capacity of 32 and 18 seats respectively) or on the terrace in the interior courtyard opening onto the garden (up to 44 seats).
